Golden Age Living Center (GALC) is a 61 bed skilled nursing facility located in Stover, Missouri with more than 45 years experience in providing health care services. 

​Part of our home is a special unit called Dogwood Court; it is a 21 bed secure unit providing for the care and needs of those with Alzheimer's or other dementia.

​GALC offers inpatient and outpatient therapy services provided by Physical Performance Systems.

We are happy to offer you assistance in the referral, evaluation, and admission process.  GALC offers admission seven days a week, 24 hours a day so that your needs can be fully met.
